Barclays Curated Experience

For over a year I have overseen and managed the monthly production for Barclays global campus communications known internally, as Curated Experience. CuX delivers the monthly offering of fitness and wellness activities available to Barclays colleagues via multi-channel outputs for each region.

 

The Output

It has been important in each monthly content series that the visuals truly speak to different cultural celebrations, ethnicities, disabilities and ages to show true diversity and inclusion - encouraging more employees to feel confident in joining activities that benefit their wellness when at work.

Once the copywriting and creative direction on visuals for each activity is complete, I then oversaw the publishing of content across various outputs such as PDF calendars, newsletters, apps, and the internal intranet for each of the regions.

This requires a huge amount of coordination of nine teams from around the world to help meet submission deadlines in order to publish content on time for the worldwide teams.

The Curated Experience content delivery requires core project management and relationship-building skills as well as creative content production and cultural intuition.
